Prior to becoming a trainer, Anthea spent 17 years in advertising at Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, M&C Saatchi and JWT where she was part of the London Management Team, leading a department of 80. She has led global teams to provide brand and creative strategy for clients including P&G, Glaxo SmithKline, Dept. of Health, Kimberly-Clark, TfL, Heinz, IBM, The Samaritans, Kraft and De Beers.

Anthea is an experienced Trainer, Facilitator & 1:1 Skills Coach and works with a cross-section of organisations including professional service firms, financial services, advertising & technology businesses. With a particular interest in helping high achievers perform with greater ease, Anthea’s training and coaching helps develop gravitas, impact and influence, increases confidence and self-awareness and challenges limiting beliefs such as perfectionism, fear of failure and impostor syndrome. Her work includes enhancing authentic and effective leadership skills, supporting effective collaboration and communication.

Since 2011 Anthea has delivered many hundreds of courses and 1:1 coaching sessions on subjects such as ‘Executive Presence’, ‘Presence and Presentation’ and ‘Influence and Communication’ to a broad range of clients. She has also coached a number of senior individuals across business and beyond including UK politicians in public speaking.

Qualifications:

• Anthea has a BA and MA (Oxon) in Modern History. She holds a certificate in Coaching Skills from the ICF-certified Neuroleadership Institute and is an MBTI (Step I) Qualified Practitioner; Anthea also has a TKI accreditation (Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Indicator) and a JCA Global EIP3 accreditation (Emotional Intelligence).

• Anthea is also accredited in the PROPHET leadership profiling psychometric.
