Supervision
Coaching supervision provides a safe, supportive and confidential space for coaches to share aspects of their coaching practice in order to gain insight, support and direction so that they may better serve their clients.
Coaches, through their work, support their clients in bringing about important changes which can impact not only themselves, but also their colleagues and organisations, family and other personal relationships. As a result, coaches need regular supervision not only to resource themselves, but also as part of their own, and their client’s, quality assurance process and evaluation.
A supervisor is a more experienced coach who creates a safe environment for supervisees to develop their capacity as a coach. This approach includes:
· Creating a collaborative learning environment
· Bringing perspective as to quality of coaching practice
· Helping to benchmark against best practice
· Exploring ethical dilemmas
At Rice Consultancy we offer:
· 1:1 and group supervision for individual coaches
· individual and group supervision for internal coaching faculties
· ‘Supervision of Supervision’ for coaching supervisors.
