As with all Rice Consultancy assignments, the emphasis is on building self-awareness and helping you to develop the tools which will equip you to truly fulfil your career potential. 

In order to understand what role and organisation would be a best-fit for you, we take the time to explore what motivates you, your values and beliefs, your passions and strengths. We use a number of tools and models to assist with this process including psychometric tests where appropriate. 

By understanding your drivers, interests and skills at this deeper level, you are better equipped to make the most of your talents. This increased self-knowledge also helps to build clarity and confidence, leading to more considered and thoughtful career choices.
