While many courses focus on how to give feedback, the skill of receiving feedback receives less attention.
This session is valuable for both those who give feedback as well as those who receive it. It highlights the psychological barriers to receiving feedback and helps us implement strategies to overcome them, so that that we can truly benefit from ‘the gift of feedback’.
